CÙNG CHÚA GIÊ-SU BUỔI SÁNG
Khí cụ của sự biến đổi
Lạy Chúa, thật dễ để yêu thương những người thân cận của mình, nhưng thật khó để con đối xử tốt với những ai làm con tổn thương, hay nói xấu, khinh thường con.
Thế nhưng Chúa đã dạy: “Trái lại, anh em hãy yêu kẻ thù, hãy làm ơn và cho vay mà chẳng hề hy vọng được đền trả. Như vậy, phần thưởng dành cho anh em sẽ lớn lao, và anh em sẽ là con Đấng Tối Cao.” (Lc 6,35)
Lạy Chúa, điều này thật sự không dễ, nhưng con tin rằng chính tình yêu Chúa dành cho con, trước tiên sẽ giúp con có sức mạnh để yêu thương như vậy.
Xin cho hôm nay, giữa một thế giới còn nhiều vô tâm, con biết trở thành khí cụ nhỏ bé của tình yêu và sự biến đổi.
Con xin dâng lời cầu nguyện.
WITH JESUS IN THE MORNING
Instrument of Transformation
It is easy to love those around us who are bound to us by blood and life.
What is difficult is to do good to those who despise us, slander us, and insult us in our daily lives.
You said, “But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High.” (Lk 6:35)
What the Lord asks of us is a challenge, but knowing that He loved us first leads us to share that love with everyone.
On this day, in this world of indifference, be an instrument of transformation.

Dấn thân bảo vệ Công Trình Sáng Tạo
Chiều nay con dừng lại một chút để ngắm nhìn vẻ đẹp và sự mong manh của rừng Amazon – lá phổi của trái đất, ngôi nhà của bao người và bao loài.
ĐTC Bênêđictô XVI từng nói: “Sự tàn phá môi trường và những đe dọa đến phẩm giá con người đòi hỏi chúng ta phải dấn thân mạnh mẽ hơn, trong nhiều lĩnh vực khác nhau của xã hội.”
Lạy Chúa, xin cho con biết ý thức trách nhiệm của mình trong việc chăm sóc công trình sáng tạo của Ngài. Xin cho con biết gìn giữ trái đất này, và biết bảo vệ những người yếu thế, để từng việc con làm phản chiếu tình yêu Chúa dành cho tất cả muôn loài.
WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
Commitment to Creation
Open your heart this afternoon to contemplate the beauty and fragility of the Amazon, the lungs of our planet and home to so many peoples and creatures.
Remember the words of Benedict XVI: “The environmental devastation of the Amazon and the threats to the human dignity of its peoples require a greater commitment in the most diverse areas of action that society has been calling for.”
Take this pause in your day to recognize your responsibility to the creation God has entrusted to you. Ask yourself: How have you committed to the care of our Common Home?
Ask for the strength to be a guardian of this earth and a defender of vulnerable peoples, so that your actions may reflect the love God has for all Creation.

CÙNG CHÚA GIÊ-SU BUỔI TỐI
Đổi mới con tim
Khi ngày sống dần khép lại, con dừng lại tạ ơn Chúa vì tất cả những gì con đã trải qua hôm nay.
Con nhớ lại từng người con đã gặp, từng việc đã xảy ra, cả niềm vui lẫn thử thách. Có lúc con vui vì đã chọn đúng, nhưng cũng có khi con ước mình đã làm khác đi.
Xin tha thứ cho con nếu hôm nay con chưa biết yêu thương, chưa biết từ bỏ, hay chưa biết chọn điều đẹp ý Ngài.
Xin Chúa đổi mới trái tim con, để ngày mai con sống nhạy bén hơn, biết mở lòng hơn với tha nhân, và để tình yêu Chúa luôn làm mới tâm hồn con.
Lạy Cha chúng con…

“Renewed Heart
Before you go to sleep, take a moment to thank the Lord for the day you have lived.
Reflect on how your day began, the people who were part of it, and the challenges you were given to face. Did you feel good about the decisions you made? Or would you have preferred to do things differently?
Ask for forgiveness if your choices weren’t the best and if they led you down the wrong path.
End by asking the Lord to transform your heart, to help you be more sensitive to the needs of others, so that your heart may be filled with love and renewed.
Pray the Our Father.”
